After At World's End I fell in love with Barbossa all over again, and I was itching to try and draw something with a dynamic pose. This was sketched, inked, and coloured all in Photoshop.

[edit] This should be in Movies/TV, but for some reason the category keeps defaulting to Misc. So, uh, I'll follow up on that later.

Thanks! I have such a bad habit of skimping on backgrounds, so that's something I've been trying to work on. And man, the 3rd movie was awesome, and it totally helped clarify a lot from the 2nd!

Thank you, I'm happy you like it. I admit, I'm a little surprised at how well it turned out. I suppose having fun subjects makes a huge difference in how long I'm willing to sit and work on something. :)

Yeah I totally agree! Fun objects make fun pictures! :D I have one question, would it be ok if I set this picture as my desktop background?? I really love it! :D But only if you don't mind that is.
